Tri-Tip

This is really easy. Just be careful you don't overcook the meat like I did at the cook-in. This makes quite a bit, so I put some on a plate and rub the meat, adding more to the plate as needed. Keep the extra in a zip lock bag.

Rub
1/4C seasoned salt
1/4C granulated garlic
1/4C Penzy's Adobo seasoning
Fresh ground pepper

Mix it all together. Use on beef or pork. I rub the meat the day before I'm going to cook it, and let it sit in the fridge until about an hour before I bbq.
